Cookie policy

Last updated:

This document concerns this website only. Storage in the mobile applications is different and is described in the privacy policy.

1. Summary

This website uses no advertising cookies. It measures its audience without cookies for every visitor and, only if you accept it in the cookie notice, also with Google Analytics, to learn which parts of the site are used. If you reject it or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and the site works just the same. What is stored without asking you is strictly necessary, and Google’s calendar only loads if you ask for it when booking a demo.

You can change your choice whenever you like from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page: withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

2. What is stored in your browser

ItemPurposeDuration
Theme preferenceRemember whether you chose the light or dark themeUntil you clear browser data
Language preferenceRemember which language you prefer to view the site inUntil you clear browser data
Cookie choice (dropium-consent)Remember whether you accepted or rejected Google Analytics, so you are not asked again on every visit13 months; after that you are asked again

All three are stored in your browser’s local storage, never leave your device and do not allow you to be identified. They are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested and fall within the exemption of Article 82 of the French Informatique et Libertés Act and Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE.

3. Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit each page and where they come from. It sets no cookies, does not use your browser’s storage and creates no identifier to follow you across visits or across sites. A script loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com sends Cloudflare the technical data of the visit (page, referrer, country, browser and load times), and we only see aggregated figures.

4. Usage analytics with Google Analytics, only if you accept it

To learn which parts of the site are used —for instance, which demo booking button is clicked, whether the calendar is opened, whether WhatsApp is used or whether the language is changed— we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. It only loads if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice: until then, your browser makes no request to Google Analytics. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE; in France, Article 82 of the Informatique et Libertés Act).

CookiePurposeDuration
_gaTell one browser from another with a random identifier, without knowing who you are13 months
_ga_<ID>Keep track of the current visit13 months

Google receives the pages you visit, clicks on those buttons, that random identifier, technical data about your browser and the approximate location it infers from your IP address. We never send it your name, email address, phone number or anything you type. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off: the data is not linked to your Google account or used for advertising. Google Analytics keeps it for 2 months and then deletes it.

Google acts as a processor (Article 28 GDPR). The data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

To withdraw your consent, click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Reject”: Google Analytics stops receiving data at that moment and its _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies are deleted. Your choice, whether you accept or reject, is remembered for 13 months.

5. Booking a demo with Google Calendar

The contact page lets you book a demo in Google’s appointment calendar. The calendar does not load when you open the page, only when you click “See available times”: until then your browser does not communicate with Google. Once you click, Google serves the calendar inside the page and may set its own cookies and read those it already has from its services, in accordance with its policy (policies.google.com/technologies/cookies). This is a service you expressly request, so it falls within the same exemption cited in section 2. If you would rather not load it, you can write to us or call us through the other channels on the contact page.

6. Hosting logs

Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and delivers this site, logs the IP address and basic technical data of each request for security and network operation purposes. This processing is necessary to serve the page and is not combined with anything else.

7. How to remove them

You can clear this site’s local storage from your browser settings at any time. The site will keep working: it will simply display again in the default language and theme, and you will be asked about analytics cookies again.

Google Analytics cookies are withdrawn from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, which also deletes them; you can also remove them from your browser settings.

Any cookies Google has set when loading the calendar can be removed from your browser settings or from your Google account.
