What it does, without the decoration

A list of what is built and in operation. If something isn’t here, it doesn’t exist yet.

Orders and tracking

  • 50+ distinct states, from documented to delivered, through in warehouse, out for delivery and failed.
  • Per-order timeline: every state change with its author, time and origin.
  • Combinable search and filters by client, state, date, fleet and driver.
  • Bulk actions on a selection: state changes, labels and proof of delivery.
  • Export to Excel and CSV from any filtered view.

Routes and maps

  • Interactive map with route stops and marker clustering by area.
  • Per-route metrics: total stops, ready to deliver, delivered and failed.
  • Route assignment by fleet and driver, with date filters.
  • Filter by attempt number for the day, shared between list and map.

Pickups

  • Street pickup routes, planned in the control centre on a map, with a loading sheet per stop in the app.
  • Each pickup closes according to the operator’s policy: scan, count or both, with the signature, photo, name and ID document of whoever hands over.
  • Mismatches between what the driver declares on the street and what reaches the warehouse: the check that replaces scanning when a pickup is closed by counting.
  • 19 event types in the trace of each pickup, from the moment the stop is created to drop-off at the warehouse.

Planning pickups and returns to merchants

  • Pickup and merchant return route optimisation: puts the stops in order and works out the expected time at each one, leaving from the warehouse and returning to it.
  • Respects the dock hours each merchant declares and flags the stop that cannot be reached in time, instead of promising an impossible time.
  • Capacity of each route in parcels, weight and working day, showing which of them is the limit.
  • Stops that do not fit are spread across the other routes of the same day, without moving the zones.
  • If a merchant has a pickup and a return on the same day, both go in a single visit and in the same vehicle, with a warning if the return to the merchant ends up after the pickup.
  • Every saved plan is checked by a separate validator that recalculates it from scratch, from what was saved.
  • Zones on the map (geofences) per client, operator or fleet, each with the warehouse its routes leave from.
  • Forecast for the day: parcels expected, scanned and unassigned, each with its reason: no coordinates, outside any zone or no capacity left.
  • Pickup indicators: pickup rate, pickups within their window, stops completed and failed, and time spent in the warehouse.

Field work

  • Barcode scanning with the camera or a hardware scanner.
  • Proof of delivery with the recipient’s name and ID document, the delivery type when the operator asks for it, and at least one piece of evidence: a photo or a signature. If the driver is far from the destination, the app warns.
  • Cash on delivery: amount due per order and collection record.
  • Incident logging with cause, so a retry knows what failed.
  • Offline mode with a visible outbox and sync on reconnection.

Messaging per task

  • A group chat per task — order, incident, route or stop — with text, photos and voice notes, offline too: messages go out when the network returns.
  • Only the assigned employee and the control tower take part; whoever stops being assigned loses access straight away.
  • The conversation stays inside the task: the data never leaves for a third-party messaging app.
  • Phone notifications, an inbox with unread counts and real-time updates in the control centre.
  • Opening the chat shows the task summary, with actions to call, navigate or deliver.

Warehouse and sorting

  • Boxes and lines: open, fill, close and bulk state changes.
  • Anti-mix filling: the app refuses a parcel that does not belong in the open box.
  • Dispatch from the warehouse in a custody handover, reconciling what was planned against what was received.
  • Returns sorted into the cage of their consolidation point, with a parking area and two ways out: the return driver or the person from the point at the dock.
  • Fast picking by reference with audible success and error feedback.
  • The same app recognises the label of each transport company and sorts its parcels, offline too.

Custody and handovers

  • 4 handover types: to another transport company, between warehouses, to the consolidation point and to the return driver.
  • A record per handover: open while loading, sealed on departure, or failed if nothing leaves.
  • Up to 6 kinds of evidence on the record: trailer, plate, seal, signature, damage or other.
  • A delivery note issued only once, as PDF, Excel or CSV, carrying the fingerprint of its annex.

Platform

  • Role-based permissions: the menu is built from what each user may do.
  • Two-factor authentication on sign-in.
  • 5 languages in the app and 4 in the control centre, French included.
  • White label: the control centre is served under each operator’s own domain and brand.
  • Operational push notifications to field devices.
  • Operational reports and data export.
