The control centre (TMS): plan and answer

One web panel for the whole operation: the order comes in, is assigned to a route and tracked, and you answer the shipper when they ask.

Who uses it

Operations coordinators, warehouse managers and customer service roles. The menu is built from each person’s permissions.

What it contains

Plan

Dashboard

The state of today’s operation: orders, fleets, employees and clients, with direct access to what is pending.

Orders

Creation, advanced search and a full record with tracking timeline, exception handling, labels and proof of delivery. Bulk actions and export.

Routes

Routes by fleet and driver, with an interactive map, marker clustering and metrics for delivered, failed and pending.

Pickups

A planner with a map, routes optimised with an expected time per stop, returns to merchants on the same visit, consolidation points and merchants, and mismatches between what was declared and what reaches the warehouse.

Operate

Picking

Fast processing by reference, for an order or a box, with audible feedback and a persistent shift history.

Warehouse cages

Every cage on the dock, with its destination, its contents parcel by parcel and a printable QR label.

Handovers and delivery notes

Each custody handover with its record — open, sealed or failed —, the delivery note as PDF, Excel or CSV, and reconciliation of what was planned against what was received.

Messaging

A chat per task with text, photos and audio, inside the order, the route, the stop or the incident.

Answer the shipper

Exceptions

Each incident moves through 8 states, from open to resolved or penalised, with 4 severity levels, so none stays open without an answer.

Clients

Shipper companies with their codes, sequences and integration credentials.

Shipper portal

Read-only access for the shipper: their parcels, stops, exceptions and departures, with proof of delivery as PDF and export to Excel.

Reports

Operational reports and export to Excel and CSV from any filtered view.

The conversation lives inside the task

Every delivery, incident, route or stop has its own chat with the control tower. What is said stays on the order, not in a personal group chat.

  • Only the person assigned to the task and the control tower take part. When the task changes hands, so does access.
  • Text, photos and voice notes. Without coverage, messages wait on the phone and go out when the network returns.
  • Everything stays on the order, next to its history: the data never leaves for a third-party messaging app.

Pickups and returns to merchants, in order before leaving

The control centre puts the stops of each pickup route in order, including the returns to merchants that travel on it, and works out their expected time using the hours of each merchant and the vehicle capacity.

  • It leaves the warehouse and comes back to it, with every stop in its place and its expected time.
  • It respects the merchant’s dock hours and flags the stop that cannot be reached in time, instead of promising an impossible time.
  • Whatever does not fit is flagged and spread across the day’s other routes, and an independent validator checks every plan.
